• 1-4 persons: $165.00 per night

Terms & Conditions:
All of our rentals are furnished with sheets, towels, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV and air-conditioning. Maid service is not included, but can be arranged. If you have special requirements due to health or business needs, please specify when making reservations. If you desire a phone, there will be a $15 service charge and we ask that you use your credit card. In addition, we require a $50 phone deposit and $150 security deposit.

MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS ARE ACCEPTED. We require 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and expect the balance (including deposits) 2 weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: If sixty or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 60 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. Notice must be received by owners in writing by certified, return receipt mail.

Prices quoted are current and are subject to change. All rentals are subject to a 7% room tax.
